- How
does Party Perfect™ work for me?
- You fill barrels on your premises using the Party Perfect™
helium refill system and hire to the public, collecting a refundable
deposit from your customer. When the customer has finished using the
Party Perfect™ barrel, he or she returns it to your shop and collects
the deposit. You can then refill the barrel for hire to the next
customer.
- What do I get in the Party Perfect™ package?
- A basic package consists of a patented Party Perfect™ helium
refill system, housed in a co-ordinated merchandising unit, a
high-volume helium cylinder, seven Party Perfect™ barrels (upgradeable),
promotional materials (replenished annually) and worry-free service
cover.
- What if seven barrels isn't enough?
- The Party Perfect™ package can be upgraded to 14 or 49 barrels
for medium to large demand.
- How much should I hire out the Party Perfect barrel™ for? And
what deposit should I charge?
- The MRRP is £29.99 — however, this is purely indicative and will
depend on whether balloons or other accessories are included and what
type. This allows for special seasonal packages and gives you, the
retailer, additional flexibility. We also recommend a returnable deposit
in the form of a credit card swipe or uncashed cheque for £50 to cover
loss of or damage to the barrel.
- How long can a customer keep the barrel?
- There are no restrictions — it's up to you. But if an empty
barrel is sitting in your customer's house, it's not generating
additional profit for you! The refundable deposit encourages customers
to return the empty barrel promptly after their party is over.
- I already sell disposable helium cylinders — what's different
about Party Perfect™?
- The Party Perfect™ barrel is refillable so you can hire it out
to your customers again and again. As the package is available for a
fixed monthly cost, your profit potential is truly open-ended.
Single-use cylinders are sold on a cost-plus basis and can only be
disposed of at authorised waste disposal facilities.
- I'm pushed for space — how much room do I need for a Party
Perfect™ refill system?
- The Party Perfect™ refill system is housed in a merchandising
unit which has a footprint of only 830mm x 525cm and can be located in a
storage area or on the shop floor.
- I've never handled industrial gases before and I'm a bit
nervous — is it complicated?
- The Party Perfect™ helium refill system is designed to be
inherently safe and full training and instructions are provided on
installation. The refilling process is very straightforward and the
system automatically shuts off when the barrel is full.
- Can I fill the Party Perfect™ barrels in advance?
- We recommend that you fill barrels either on demand or only a
day or so in advance to prevent helium loss through slow leakage.
- What advantages does Party Perfect™ offer my customers?
- The barrel is portable, user-friendly and fun, allowing
customers to fill balloons in their own home or party venue. No
inflators or regulators are required. Its ability to be refilled means
it's environmentally friendly. At the MRRP of £29.99 including 40
balloons, it's better value for money than disposable alternatives or
pre-inflated balloons.
- How can I advertise Party Perfect™?
- In your Promotional Pack, you will find a host of materials to
enable to you to raise awareness of Party Perfect™. On this CD, you will
also find a range of artwork, photography, guidelines and sample
advertisements for use in mailshots, flyers, the Yellow Pages or local
press.
